Replacement Policy

Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request a replacement, you must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
The video should clearly show:

The sealed shipping package before opening.

The shipping label.

The entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

The product and any visible damage or incorrect item.
Please Note: Claims for damaged or incorrect products without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number.

A valid unboxing video.

Clear photographs of the product (if requested).

A brief description of the issue.
After verification, an eligible replacement will be processed at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests may be declined if:

No valid unboxing video is provided.

The request is made after the specified reporting period.

The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

The issue is caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.
